We just completed our year end inventory and we are bursting at the seams.  Our shelves overfloweth and we have come to the realization that we need to make some room for all the new goodies headed our way.

One of the things I miss most about life before kids is sitting down with a good book and reading it from cover to cover in one sitting.  Now I'm lucky if I can read a chapter without interruptions or falling asleep!

I've learned a lot from The Thank You Economy and have enjoyed the real life examples of companies that "get" customer service in the digital age.  I've earmarked several pages and will attempt to adapt as many ideas as we can at Raspberry Kids to continually enhance our service offering and customer experience.  We sincerely appreciate and thank you for being such incredible supporters of our business and for being so engaged in our community.

My 3 year old played patiently while my husband & I frantically ran around packing up for a picnic.  As the minutes ticked by he became more and more disgruntled.  

Finally we were all sitting in the car ready to go when I realized I had forgotten my sunglasses in the house.  

It took me a while to locate them and when I finally sat back down in my seat, my son let out a giant sigh and growled "Let's hit the road Jackpot!"

So September went by in what felt like a blink of an eye.  Whether you  were up at night nursing a newborn, celebrating the first days at preschool or scrambling schedules through gradual entry and transitioning to the routines that this time of year brings, my hope is that you are cherishing each moment in this wild parenting ride.  

It feels like just yesterday our kids were babies and the school years seemed so far away and now we have two kids in all day school.  Time sure does fly when you are having fun.
