Within Beautiful British Columbia we ship with Canada Post expedited parcel service. All packages are insured up to $100. Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

$51 to $100 = $8.99
$101 to $249 = $11.99
$250 and over = $12.99

Local Vancouver warehouse pickup service is available for anyone who wants to pick up their order at our Vancouver warehouse. If you are interested in this service, please select this option at checkout.

Our warehouse is located at #1-9049 Shaughnessy St. After you receive your initial order confirmation we will send you a subsequent email when your order is ready for pickup and organize a suitable time for you to come and get it.

Within Nice Nunavut, Yahoo Yukon Territory and the Nifty Northern Territory we ship with Canada Post expedited parcel service. All packages are insured up to $100. Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

$101 and over = $34.99

In the event your shipping address is extremely remote or the flat rate cost for shipping we charged is substantially less than what the actual cost for us to ship the order to you is, we may get in touch with you to discuss other shipping options or to request additional shipping charges be paid in order to fulfill your order.

International Orders:
We are happy to deliver virtually anywhere in the world. Please email your order to us and we will provide you with a quote for shipping prior to processing your order.

For US and International orders, please allow extra delivery time for customs clearance. When shipping to the U.S.A. or Internationally, additional duties and taxes may apply and they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note oversized or bulkier items may be subject to an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover the extra shipping fees. If applicable, these charges will be noted in the product description section on the individual product page.

Some larger items are available to be drop shipped directly to you from our manufacturers. If this is the case, this will be noted in the product description page. Shipping may take slightly longer for these items and your entire order will not ship together in these circumstances.

Shipping FAQs:

Q: When will my order be sent?
A: We guarantee your order will be processed and sent out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment although we strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed when possible.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For Canadian orders, Canada Post guarantees delivery of orders within BC in 1-3 business days and other provinces within 2-7 business days. Please note that remote areas may take a bit longer. US and International orders will take approximately 7-10 business days but may take longer depending on the destination.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your Canada Post tracking number and you can monitor this online at www.canadapost.com. For US and International orders, we will send you tracking information if it applies for the most cost effective shipping company and you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Regrettably we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address. If you live in a rural area that only has P.O. Boxes, please email us and we will happily work out a way to ship your order.

Q: If I am buying a gift, can I have my purchase delivered to another address?
A: Yes. Our system allows you to specify multiple addresses for shipment if desired.

Q: What if I only get part of my order?
A: In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

In an effort to do our part, we do our utmost to recycle and reuse packaging where possible. We will often use boxes that our suppliers have shipped products to us in for your orders. This means our boxes are not always the prettiest but we like to do our part for the environment and consequently we reuse wherever possible.
